Very unprofessional. Tries to upcharge constantly and will bully you if you disagree.
I sold a house and my clients/sellers used them to clean the house before moving out, and the same thing happened. I made the mistake of using them again. On a different house, I paid extra for a deep clean before my renters moved in and it was not cleaned properly - the owner of the cleaning company also agreed that it was a bad job.
