WOW! How bad can it be to rate a business zero stars without ever stepping inside the store! Not sure I've ever done that. Here's the first! I called Saturday afternoon to see about having the batteries replaced in two 2009 MacBook Pro notebooks. The Apple store would not do the work because the computers are more than 5 years old, and recommended that I try Simply Mac. A key on my beloved Mac came off (frustrating me for months!) and the Apple Store quoted me $200 for the full keyboard replacement. Took it to Simply Mac - they fixed it (with my own key) and didn't charge a thing! Love the customer service and would use them in a heartbeat in the future.
