Kane was the technician today. We were expecting an underground problem and were surprised to see that we had some almost "silent leaks" in the home. Kane was thorough and helped explain the solutions we could pursue. I was extremely pleased with the service that Kane provided.

He also stayed in contact while the plumbing company was performing the repairs. And later called to make sure that all was well. It was a little expensive but well worth it. Michael did a great job in locating the leak spot near our utility boxes. The black pipe in the photo is the leaking water pipeline. Around the spot, there are a power line, 2 cable lines and a gas line. The crack is so small that you wouldn't even notice it when there is no water with high enough pressure passing through.
Ken was great! He really took his time and made a thorough evaluation, he was very nice and made sure to let us know in detail what was going on. He’s great and also made time to see us last minute
