Where to start....absolutely incompetent. Cant manage their diary for appointments (Lots of excuses). Having to get the seamstress to call her while Bride & bridesmaids stood outside the shop to find out where she is. Cant keep their own receipts for things that have already been paid for (Demanding customers provide proof of payment). But the most unbelievable one is managing to get one of the 4 bridesmaids dress in THE WRONG COLOUR, then blaming everyone else but themselves for the issue 1 week before the wedding. What a fantastic time yesterday at Simply Koko finding my wedding dress which I absolutely love. Jacinta and Emma were fabulous and lovely. My sister and loved the experience together. It was all so professional and at the sane time we had such fun. Jacinta took time before the appointment to find out a bit about me and that really helped to find the dress. Perfect! Thank you Simply Koko. Can't wait for next appointment!
I could not recommend Jacinita and her team enough for the service she provided me with when finding my dream dress. It was a peace off my mind and a pleasure getting my dress from Simply KOKO. Jacinita took care of one of the biggest items of my day and I could not have felt any better.
