⭐️⭐️ Excessive Fees & Warranty Concerns I purchased a heat pump system through Simply Installs via a government program, expecting transparency and fair service. Unfortunately, their pricing structure and warranty policies have raised serious concerns: 1️⃣ Unpredictable Costs: - Labor rates jumped from $130/hr to $200/hr in 2025. - For warranty repairs, they charge $200 just to show up at the door to diagnose the issue to order parts, then another $200 "door fee" to return with the warranted part. Absolutely fantastic! They were quick to respond, very professional and friendly, answered any and all questions. The cost was very reasonable and the actual install was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend them for your Central Air needs!
Simply installs was simply amazing. Every person we interacted with was professional in every way. The installers Alex and Wyatt were exceptional, hard working, neat, knowledgeable, and very polite. We could have asked for a better experience.
