HUGE RED FLAG..THE OWNER GAVE HIS OWN SHOP 5 STARS. Spoiler alert, our laptop is missing a hard drive!!!! My wife and I took our laptop to them in kingwood town center over a year ago. We were having it looked at because the screen wasn’t working properly. We dropped it off and they never called us back on the day we were to hear something. Currently filing a lawsuit with owner Carl Walker and Simply Honest Mobile. After months of text messages, I have yet to receive my computer.
Major failures. 2 different repairs both were terrible. 1st repair was a cracked screen replacement. I like many reviewers was told 3 days and a phone call to explain the repair. No call. I went in and the phone was still not finished after a week. After 3 more days I again went in. My phone was ready. After inspection I found the screen lifting apart. A bad repair. 2nd repair was for water damage and I told them I just want it to turn on as I was trading it anyway. Paid $70 for this but after getting my phone back the scree... read more
