Horribly customer service, they don’t know how to talk nicely to you and don’t take your emotions into consideration. Don’t go here…
They didn't allow return of opened plant food. I bought orchid food and after opening it, realized it does not dissolve in water. I tried to return it. The store declined because the package was opened. Even though the receipt clearly says they refund anything, also I've only purchased the product 2 days prior.
Lots of good stuff there.
