Ram was really nice and very helpful ensuring I fully understood what was going on with my hearing loss and tinnitus. Kind, genuine and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend family and friends.
Ram is amazing, very thorough, everyone should be having there ears cleaned by ram. I thought my ears where blocked for about a month. After having this done, I firmly believe that my ears have been blocked for as long as I can remember. I have left today with hearing better than I ever have before. Honestly 5 stars and I will be back again.
First time visit with my partner. Absolutely wonderful experience. We were made comfortable, everything was explained to us in detail. I personally suffer from extreme anxiety, during this appointment i was made to feel comfortable enough that I was able to ask questions and allowed to video and/or take photos if i so wished.
