I have had a bad back for years following an accident when I was younger. I have tried osteos and physics with very little relief. Since going to Simply Health my back has improved out of sight. No more afternoon pain. Of course I need to do daily specific exercise to assist with treatment. My back will never be fixed completely but by following this programme and regular sessions with Anthony, I know I am on the right track.
