My experience was not fun or relaxing at all! I’m guessing it’s Fior assistant( her booth is next to Fior) she didn’t share her name w me. I received to Botox hair treatment, knowing that she was going to be using chemicals in my hair, the assistant proceeded to scratch and scrub my hair roughly while washing it. She put Botox treatment in after wash, it started to burn. I asked if we could rinse it out Fior and her assistant insisted that I left it sitting even while burning. I wouldn’t recommend the owner for service. Hair wasn’t all the way blown out but the color came out great.

I love this place. Feels like home and everyone takes their time with u to make sure ur hair is beautiful. Maira is so amazing. I have been going to her for 10 years, all her staff is just as dedicated as she is. Thank all of u for always making sure i have a great experience xoxo

The owner do not have patient I took my client the first time told her she wanted something like highlights. She gave her the base color completely dark and I show her a picture of what we want so if it needed to be highlight, she should’ve said that my client did not like the base color and she left it that way dark and I didn’t like it either so when I call her and explain to her and told her she said OK bring her back in.
