False advertising! The “free bottle refill on your 1st visit” doesn’t exist. Even though it’s clearly advertised on their front door, they have a completely different story when you ask about it inside. Very disappointing.
Absolutely horrible experience, this business is a no go for me
Updated March 2024; Been a customer for a decade and I gave them so many chances, too many!! The water filters are not cleaned properly or regularly because from time to time the water will taste really, really off, like disgusting chemical, nasty taste. Complaints to the owner are useless, he does absolutely nothing. After an upsetting conversation call he only offers to refill the bottles. He says final sale, no refunds! A friend informed me this business was investigated on the news for scams on filtered water…
