Save your money and go somewhere else. This place has absolute terrible tasting water. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The water has a chlorine-like taste.
I absolutely love coming here to get my water. I’ve tried many different water stores and none of them compare to Simply H2O in fleetwood. The customer service is so welcoming and helpful, especially the young girl. I think her name is Cassidy, but i’m not entirely sure. She is so helpful and you can really tell she loves the place. Great place, keep up the good work! You will not be losing my business anytime soon.

False advertising! The “free bottle refill on your 1st visit” doesn’t exist. Even though it’s clearly advertised on their front door, they have a completely different story when you ask about it inside. Very disappointing.
