All of our fitness classes are free to members and we also have a ladies only space with a great range of equipment. The club is an official Hammer Strength certified training centre and features the latest in fitness technology including an indoor cycling studio with cinema screen, fully connected gym equipment and a members app.

Now taken over by JD Gyms and already gone down hill, as well as a £10 increase in the monthly charge.
Ladies gym and changing rooms are absolutely immaculate and smell good. However, since JD Gyms have taken over the sauna isn't warm anymore, which renders it a bit pointless.. One of the benches in the sauna is loose, and it's full of splinters. Repairs aren't being done, the bins have halfed in size, and there is a bit of a shortage of cleaning fluid and people actually cleaning the machines. I've had more than one sticky machine handle this week, and weights are being left everywhere.
First time went to the gym, the staff was very helpful, a member of staff walked me around with tips for my workouts, and how to build a routine. I was very scared first because I have never went to gym before, but I had a very positive experience today witch built my confident, and left the gym with a smile. I can't wait to go back. Also love the women only gym.
