I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by Eric this morning. We had someone tow us in from Cranberry Junction late last night with a wheel bearing failure and Eric allowed us to stay in our camper overnight on the property. He fixed our problem (and diagnosed and fixed an additional issue that we didn't even know about) this morning even before his official shop hours! Was having some minor RV issues while travelling west. I contacted Simply Gus via their website to let the know the symptoms I was seeing and when I would be buy. Gus, diagnosed each one of our issues, repaired what needed to be repaired and had us back on the road in under 90 minutes. Good mechanic and good communicator. I loved his diagnostic approach to solving problems. Would go there again in a heartbeat.
