I ordered (somewhat last-minute) a case of personalizable cups for an event. The fulfillment center messed up the order and only sent a single cup, but when I contacted Simply Green Solutions about the problem they were very responsive and helpful. I called after-hours and left a message about my problem, got a call back that evening, and they shipped the correct item out the next morning, overnight delivery, so I had it in time for my event.
