This is an EXTREMELY shady company to do business with. Take your money to some place reputable. They have a ‘no return’ and ‘no refund’ policy which they do not disclose upfront (it is, however, stamped in small wording on their invoice.) I ordered some furniture from them 10/02/18. came and paid cash for a bed. At the time of sale i was told my bed may be delivered next day and i would receive a call in the am. 10 am next day, no call. I called and left fb message, no reply. When i finally got through i was advised …hed call me back in 20 minutes. I call back 30 minutes later, no answer so i leave a message. After said message i was told it be next day. Yet and still i'm paying for delivery. Bad business ....wont come back with my cash money.....

I had a issue with a mattress purchased no fault of Simply Furniture was a manufacturer issue. Mike the owner was very understanding and went above and beyond my expectation to make sure I was happy. I will continue to purchase all my furniture through them. Thank you!!

I have absolutely no complaints about this company. There were some unforeseen circumstances that occurred with the delivery of our couch that caused a delayed ETA, but Mike, along with his staff, provided excellent customer service. This place is horrible feels like a scam. I paid for my couch before Thanksgiving and they delivered a broken couch in boxes. The salesman Mike ordered me another but I still have not received it. No follow up from him I had to call him. Buyer beware today is 6 December 2016 maybe I will get it by Christmas

Best place for NEW furniture!!! Just purchased a mattress from here and my husband and I are extremely pleased. Customer service was excellent and the mattress and box spring were in store. We didn't have to wait for it to be shipped! We came prepared with our truck and were able to take it home just minutes after buying. Can't wait to get a bedroom set and dining room set from here. I highly recommend them!

We bought the most expensive mattress they have. The salesman is extremely rude, he did not honor the prices we were told be fore hand. He was very obnoxious and full of himself. We paid to have the mattress delivered and this rude salesman showed up. He assumed myself and my daughter would carry the heavy mattress up 3 fight of stairs ourselves. Then he proceeded to run up the stairs with my daughter helping him carry the mattress. Very rude, rude, RUDE!!! Do not give this business any of your time!!!

Big lack of communication both with the customers and with other employees. I bought a bed from them a couple of months ago and I got them to deliver it to me since it will not fit in my car and they told me "oh we will call you in the morning and tell you when it is on the way. The next day" I waited all day and no phone call from them.
