We used Simply Fresh for our wedding at the Glenview Mansion and used their day-of coordination services (Hillary, specifically). From our initial consultation to the day of, they were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was great; always super nice and helpful (Particularly Hillary of course!). I grew up hearing how wedding food is notoriously awful. Not simply fresh. Not only was it the best wedding meal I've ever had (and it was my own wedding!), I wish they had a restaurant so we could go back and order our wedding food for a night out! She was professional, organized, and truly helped us craft the ideal menu for our vision. The level of service on the day of the wedding was also extraordinary. Simply Fresh catered our Oct 5th wedding at Rocklands Farm and Winery. They were phenomenal at all levels from my very first inquiry call when Geoff spent a lot of time with me on the phone through the actual event. The food was delicious and many of our guests commented on it, especially the smoked brisket. The groom was a vegetarian and thought the Asian tofu dish prepared for him was delicious.
