Kristi did an INCREDIBLE job framing a cross stitch project for me. I wasn't the neatest stitcher at the time, which can cause framing issues when some areas of the back of the piece have more thread bunched up, making it uneven. Despite my inexperienced technique, she made it lay perfectly and managed to hide all my pesky too-long thread ends.
