Maddy was excellent , made the experience great for sure. 10/10 would come back!
My hair dresser changed my mind, made colour picking confusing and spent 5 hours on my hair to have it look much the same as when I came in. I felt not listened to. My daughter came in for a mature looking hair colour with a colour correction and she came out with a whole head of purple after asking to do brown hair with purple streaks. Very expensive and nothing of what either of us wanted. Two different hair dressers for the both of us and we both aren’t happy with the end results.
Maddy was fantastic! We chatted and laughed the entire time which made the experience even more enjoyable! She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions to make the final look even better than I imagined!
Maddy is amazing! She is competent, professional, kind and friendly. She does excellent work and I trust her completely!
