We just had new carpet installed in our living room and the whole experience was top notch. Right from the showroom, getting help choosing which one to use, the time for the estimate, the communication with us, and the install scheduling and process. The quality and feel of the final product is great!
Terrible customer service.
We recently had our entire main floor replaced and opted for the option to have the installers move our furniture as well. From the initial help and patience in the showroom from Dave to select samples and provide information, to the install by Patrick and Marcel, we found the service excellent, the job was done very well and on time. Very happy with everything and would recommend Simply Floors to others.
