We had decided to remove the carpet from our second floor and replace it with vinyl planking. We stopped in Simply Floors in Okotoks (shop local!) and had the good fortune of meeting Dave Turner. This man has the patience of a saint. He took us through the showroom and explained the process and we had Dave to our home to prepare a quote. Not impressed with the service. We have purchased a lot of flooring from Simply Floors but installed ourselves. We had asked if they could do a transition for us and were told no problem. From that point it was non stop phone tag, saying they would call back in a few minutes and then nothing and them not showing up for scheduled appointments. We finally did the transition ourselves. They will no longer be getting our business.
Simply Floors and Leo transformed my second floor from a tired, dingy, dusty area to an airy, clean space. I love it! Dave provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decision for my needs. I’m going back to replace carpet on the stairs. I went to 3 other businesses before I went with Simply Floors.
