If you want a salon experience, this is not the place to go. I brought my daughter here to have her hair cut and styled for prom. She asked for shelf bangs, but the stylist was unsure how to do that. Another stylist came over to "help" and lopped off her hair to just above my daughter's eyes brows then says, "Well, no turning back now." The bangs are WAY too short, and there's no style from them to the back of her hair - almost like a female mullet. Absolutely not impressed. Will not return again. I arrived 15 minutes early and took a seat in 1 of the 2 chairs in the waiting area. No problem except no one greeted me or asked if I was being helped. No one was manning the front desk but 5 or 6 employees did pass by me in the time I waited. One gave me a half backhanded wave as she went down the hall.
