Robin is excellent! Classes are at all levels and there is no feeling of being uncomfortable for where u are in your level of fitness! She is very competent with ergonomics and promotes injury prevention during class. She completely changed my body in 3 months. She mixes things up to prevent boredom and offers other elements of health by nutrition information, access to massage and even has fun events to promote a sense of community. Rock star!
