It is hard to find the words to describe this amazing gym!! The instructors class offerings and other gym members are simply the best. I have been able to stick to a great routine because I truly enjoy the wide variety of classes.! Simply fit and fun is a one of a kind
The minute I walk into Simply Fit and Fun, I feel energized and excited to take a class! The owner's Steph and Danielle are so welcoming, friendly, and runa well organized business. They are the Best Zumba Instructors and Zumba is always a party! I love all of the instructors and variety of classes. I highly recommend Simply Fit and Fun for getting a wonderful workout and staying in shape!
I started taking classes here at the start of the year. Every single person I've encountered has been great. They are so genuinely welcoming and their positive vibe is contagious! Their yoga classes are less incense-and-candles and more jokes-and-disco balls, which I've really enjoyed as it makes it less intimidating. I've never in my whole life looked forward to exercising until I found this place!
Danielle & Stefanie have created such a warm, friendly, energetic, and positive space for all ages. I have always been a person who enjoys taking classes opposed to using machines. For me having knowledgeable instructors giving pointers on correct technique and modification is key to a successful fitness with no injuries. Simply Fit and Fun is the fitness community I’ve been looking for. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel like you belong. Their complimentary childcare services are a major selling point. The childcare space is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend Simply Fit and Fun to everyone, especially moms of littles!
