I was a little nervous to try a TRX class for the 1st time, so i asked a friend I made from other classes I have taken and she encourage me to give it a try. Danielle was the instructor and she made me feel so comfortable and also encouraged me during class. I left feeling happy with myself. I will continue to take this class again. I am so grateful this fitness center is in my neighborhood.
