I recently had a root canal procedure done at Simply Endo and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. got referred here and my dentist told me my benefits should cover the appt. Simply Endo failed to tell me before hand that my benefits didn’t cover my appt when i ASKED them on the phone if they did and they never told me they didn’t. i came into the appt expecting my benefits to cover it. Then AFTER the appt the receptionist says “well your benefits actually don’t cover the cost and they just don’t tell people that!” Obviously the office knew my benefits didn’t cover it before but never told me when i asked. I was referred to Simply Endo by my dentist’s office. I had been there before so I know I was going to pay out of pocket for the consult fee. It was not covered my dental plan but I was in so much pain that I was desperate. After two visits, it was determined that a root canal was the best option. I proceeded with it, however when I returned with a temporary filling, my tooth was still very painful.
