Ordered the designer arrangement for my wife at 530 in the morning on Valentine's day and the flowers and chocolate was never delivered. I've never had any problems before but Y'all couldve at least called me if there was a problem with the delivery or something and I could've made different arrangements. Especially for the price for what I paid update 2024. something happened again this year. I also ordered a day in advance. My family spent around $450 on flowers for our Mother’s funeral, and the flowers that were used at the funeral were completely messed up and not what they ordered. Do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and DO NOT recommend .
