Excellent Food and Service I absolutely love Duxbury's catering. I hired them to cater my wedding. Right from the start their service was impeccable, and they are so friendly and helpful. They made me feel as if I was their only customer. Most of the time wedding and event vendors try and convice how vital the most expensive services are. They can also make you feel like your event will be horrible if you choose to do less, and you just fell pushed around. I felt the opposite here. Forced to pay more than we should... Let me first by stating that their service was top notchon on our wedding day. Their staffs were friendly and professional. The food that was presented that day were up to our specs. Our real problem was being in desparate mode while negotiating a wedding contract with Duxburys Catering. Since we were in a hurry, a lot of minor details were not discussed, or verbally agreed but were not written on the contract. They ruined the biggest party of my life: my wedding! Duxbury catering was the biggest disappointment! My husband and I stretched our budget thin to hire them for our wedding, and what did we end up with? Til this day, we're apologizing to our guests for the spoiled coucous and the rude service. The only thing edible on the table was the bread, and I didn't appreciate my guests being barked at by the servers. Don't be fooled by their charm.
