Always pleasant, and does a spectacular job through my every changing ways. I have been using her for 13 years. She has always been helpful with change ideas. She always does amazing work, and leaves me feeling beautiful. You name and she can do it. She's also very honest about your hair type, if she doesn't think your hair will look like a certain picture for whatever reason she will let you know before she starts. I completely recommend her to anyone.
