Initially I thought this was too good to be true. Regardless, I went ahead and applied for a free boiler through Simply eco government ECO4 scheme. I was really surprised (as I normally get nothing) to find that I qualified based on the criteria. This was due to my boiler being 25 years old and my Arthritis issues. Friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and kind: everyone we dealt with at Simply Eco was brilliant. From the offset we weren't sure what was going to happen and how things ran? The staff went into every detail about the whole process. From the initial survey the staff took us through everything, they were lovely. When it came to our loft to be insulated the staff were experienced and helpful, there was an issue with our electric panel and the electrician went to great length to fix the problem and keep us going. I recently had Simply Eco install a new boiler, insulate my loft, and fit two extractor fans through the government-backed scheme, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. It’s real and not a scam ! Simply Eco Ltd installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler even though initially there were issues with the installation they resolved them once raised. They carried out all the work as promised and because of them i have better insulation , window vents, bathroom heat extractor and thermostats for central heating radiators.
