I placed an order for the book that was advertised for free with just $7.99 fee for shipping. It was supposed to come with a diffuser, it didn’t . I was charged full price for the book. I’ve called, no answer and no voicemail. I’ve sent multiple emails and I’ve commented on their Facebook page. They did reply and said to send them a DM but there isn’t an option for that. I would like to return the book but can’t get a hold anyone. Take notice before you submit your order and make sure you're being charged correctly
