Owners will not return my calls. Shoddy work from the start. Less than a year later, a doorknob fell off. Again, no response from company.
The worse customer service and install I've experience of all my home remodeling projects. Installer canceled 27 minutes before he was to arrive for my appointment. The manager reduced my balance but it did not make up for the time away from work for both my spouse and I. Second appointment two individuals show up and one needed constant supervision to make sure the doors were installed correctly. The installers did not bring cleaning supplies for the doors. My project took over 8 months to complete. Had to call weekly to try and get updates on when stock would arrive. Zero communication from the company. When the doors finally arrived several were installed incorrectly. One door was flipped redrilled and caulked in my driveway because they ordered the wrong door. Laundry room door was installed incorrectly and is not functional. Have tried to contact Alex (sales manager?) several times with absolutely zero response. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Saying that I love my pantry now is a massive understatement. It was tiny (literally like 12" shelves, in depth) and you couldn't fit more than a few cans in a row and that was it..we had an in-homr appt and it was recommended to us to do a bump out so it would extend the depth of the shelving. It made a huge difference! It was also recommended to us to do drawers shelving on the bottom for easy access to things like ziplock bags and aluminum foil. We love our closet.
