Amy didn’t do my hair like I showed her in the photos. I told her the next day I wanted it fixed and she refused to fix it after paying $240. We agreed to do a balayage. I got an all over color from a brassy blonde to dark brown with 3 little face framing highlights that are barely noticeable. The photos are the photos I showed her and my results. I’m very unhappy with my experience.
