I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at Simply Divine Beauty Supply in Pasadena. During my visit, I encountered treatment that felt blatantly discriminatory and unwelcoming. I really like this spot for the variety but had a bad experience with hair extensions this time. I asked for help and explained that I don’t know much about extensions and I only needed JUST A FEW inches to my current length I also needed help matching the color. The girls who helped me swore that the color was going to match and the length wouldn’t be too long.
