Horrible every time I went I told them I don’t want them doing anything Insurence would not cover, I got a bill this week for a cleaning from February 2024 the bill that I got this week said I was 90 days late. I called and they’re trying to tell me that my insurance did not cover a cleaning, they LIE, I will never go there again. I know other people have caught them doing this type of thing never again don’t go there LIE

Disappointed with my experience I had a dentist visit in 2023, and it was far from smooth. My appointments were canceled multiple times because the dentist needed sick days. My crown appointment was finally scheduled for December 2023, and I was assured multiple times that my insurance would cover the crown using my 2023 Delta balance. Despite these confirmations, they submitted the insurance claim after the New Year, billing it to 2024.
