I recently visited Simply Dental and had a great experience with Rosi and Elle. Having not been to a dentist in a while, I was quite nervous, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Rosi was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle, while Elle was attentive and reassuring throughout the entire cleaning process. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Simply Dental for anyone in need of dental care.

The worst dental and service experience of my life. To this day I continue to have pain from work done, where there was absolutely no pain prior. The front of house experience is simply rude. The experience from a hygienist perspective honestly feel like a constant sell… oh… “next we should do this… here’s a cost schedule… let’s book it in”. To expand on front of house experience… I make a booking. I then get a text confirming the booking and asking me to confirm again in robot speak. The appointment is booked… are you tryin... read more
