I was a new patient a couple of years ago, and I was not impressed. I walked out and left a bad review. Fast forward. I'm really glad I gave this place a second chance. I've been very impressed with their service, empathy, quality dentist, and the staff. I will definitely be back!
Office staff are very kind and friendly, and are amazing at making sure I feel comfortable and get the care I need. The dental assistants are so gentle, and are great at getting the information they need for what work needs to be done. Dr. Thompson is one of the best dentists I've seen. He's very thorough, and tells me everything that needs to be done, and what steps will be gone through, which I appreciate. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have a pretty bad case of dental phobia which in turn caused me to avoid the dentist at all costs. I heard good things about this dental practice and decided it was time to get over my fears. The hygienists are INCREDIBLE, and Dr. Webb is the most amazing dentist. They listened to my fears and did everything in their power to make me comfortable. Megan, my hygienist that I beg for each time, is the sweetest most caring person.
