I called today after hours and they returned my call promptly. They were professional. Affordable. Knowledgeable. Very kind. Helped me in making a decision. They were referred by hospice who said they are their top choice to work with before and after your loved one passes away.

Dangerous company to deal with. I was misinformed, and asked to sign legal documents with lies prepared by Simply Creamation. I'm currently in the process of getting information from the State Insurance Commissioners Office to resolve the problematic practices of Simply Creamation, acting as agent for Pekin Life Insurance and Pekin Life Insurance themselves. I was trying to purchase a prepaid plan, I can't comment on their fees for customers after death.

I want to thank simply cremations for helping my family and I during our difficult time. Our funeral director Eric handled everything from start to finish while my father was under their care. They were very caring and compassionate. Thank you guys for helping my father get home to Texas.
