Excellent work from quote to finished installation.
Just spoke to the receptionist (the older one), probably the worst experience I had in years. Our aircond is out for 2 weeks, they are blaming our Real Estate agent. I called Simply cool 2 weeks ago to ask for an update and no one ever called me back. They could have told me (as they did this morning when I called them back) that our RE Agent was holding up the whole process, it would have saved us 2 weeks of pain in this heat.
