Our family home recently flooded and simply contents helped us pack our belongings and make the process way less stressful for us. Adrian, the manager, was especially awesome as he went above and beyond to help us make sure all our belongings were stored safely and that damaged belongings were accounted for. Lets start out with the pros of this company. When they arrived to pack up everything went well and smooth. Overall there staff have been very nice and friendly. My concern was how the room was put back together. My room is very organized and upon further inspection when looking in the drawers everything was just thrown in random places. In the desk alone its contents were all over the room. Cords and other wires were shoved in bags, light bulbs missing from lamps/lightfixtures. and just generally things not being where they... read more

Highly unprofession driving the way they do in their work trucks. Was backing up into a parking space in El Cajon, they cut me off & jumped in the space. Then smiled at me like it was funny. If those are your employees, this must be a HIGHLY unprofessional business.
I’m still waiting for my cabinet over 2 months later. Very friendly staff but services not as promised: Boxes were not labeled or organized as promised (pantry items randomly thrown into boxes hastily and couldn’t have been more random if I tried), two glass shelves were broken and the promised call backs were late and rare. I’ve had to follow up myself several time and patiently reminded staff of my issues since April 7 (it is now June 17th) but am still awaiting repair or replacement of my entertainment center.
