Terrible company they still take money out of your account even when the account has been closed for 2months , going to talk to bank to stop payments , so they can't take anymore money from me. Simply comfort, simply not , what a joke 0 review. I have to put 1 or it won't let me post.
CONSUMERS BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this Scammers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! I am a victim of this ever changing company names. I was paying monthly starting 60$/month.for water softener & 100$/month for the furnace for the last 10 years. Every year they increased the amount up to 2%. Now I am paying 92$/month for the water softener & 140$ for a Mid efficiency Furnace. Just wondering if anyone else has had to pay a cancellation fee in order to stop billing you for equipment they are charging for a year after it's been paid off??? Has anyone heard of this? If I do not pay the cancellation they will continue to charge me for equipment that I already own????? Please help because I have never seen a scam like this.
Do not conduct any business with this company. They go door to door and target innocent consumers. They also will put a lien on your home. Stay away!!
This company is a scam. They said they were going to send me an email for cancellation and never did. On top of that they have been taking money for over a year and I have to pay $100 to cancel this
