This company is a scam. They said they were going to send me an email for cancellation and never did. On top of that they have been taking money for over a year and I have to pay $100 to cancel this
Awful service
If I could give them negative 100000 stars i would, no doubt. Pure scammers. I moved out of the rental property 2 years ago and they are still keep charging me. Everry call they promise they will close my account and they still charging me the following month. When I call again they keep giving me a million excuses as to why they can not cancel my account ( no landlords signature, no tenant signature, wrong tenant signature, missing billing information which is very sytupid to provide because i am an old tenant and its perso... read more
I would leave a negative star of the review would let me. 1) This place does not do service on their equipment. 2) they undersized my furnace for my house 3) trying to get a cash buy out they offer zero relief.(unfortunately previous owner signed up with them tried buying out when equipment had failed) Please please stay away from what ever they are calling them selfs now Crown-crest, simply comfort, it’s all the same bad service places like this should not still be in business.
