I've known Laurie for years now and I'm so glad we got introduced. She's managed multiple units for myself and clients of mine. She's got a great system and has never dropped the ball on us. Laurie whole team has been great to work with. Robin cleans our unit in NTB and has always been great to us!

Man was behind me on my ass on independence Blvd beside the mall when I couldn’t go faster due to the cars in front of me and proceeded to go to beside me stop in the middle of the road and cuss me and my two children out in the car
Laurie is a good cleaner, but she lacks in her customer service skills. She spoke to me very rudely, and down right mean at times, and I needed answers, especially when I had guests from my Airbnb checking in and me being out of town. She is very non responsive, always takes hours to respond ,, some of the time no response at all. For these reasons I do not recommend her.
Laurie always does a fantastic job when cleaning our condo! She is very thorough when she cleans and pays very close attention to even the smallest details! My husband and I are very impressed with Laurie’s services and we would recommend her to anyone!
