Technician arrived on time and was courteous. We were disappointed that the dryer vent cleaning performed by Simply Clean Ducts was not performed as advertised/explained on their company website. We DID NOT receive "after-photos showing the clean vent and verification that air flow is optimal". I asked the technician for pictures and he stated that he did not have a camera. Our family’s home was serviced with a level of care that exceeded our expectations. Our ducts, vents and chimney were pristinely cleaned and we immediately noticed a difference in our air quality.
They were great with communication, showed up on time and got to work right away. Showed me any areas of concern as they were working. I would recommend them, I’m very happy with the service received.
As a new customer, I phoned the number provided online, and Bryan promptly answered. I needed service prior to Thanksgiving Day, and he worked me in same day though his schedule was full. After he completed the inspection, he informed me that my chimney looked good and said it did not need to be cleaned at this time. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and professionalism, and I truly appreciate his integrity. We will definitely use Bryan and his team at Simply Clean again and recommend him to our friends and family!
