Professional and prompt! Jay was prompt in getting back to when inquiring about services and providing a quote. Reasonably priced and he was able to get me scheduled before the holidays! Happy with the care taken when cleaning in place in my home. I asked for additional attention to high traffic area (where our dog tends to lay) on our shag area rug and he obliged. Recommend!
