Ross from Simply Clean Carpet & Upholstery was very professional and arrived on time. We did a walk through before the cleaning process so he would have details of what needed to be done. He also suggested carpet protector for additional fee which I purchased. The entire process was done in a timely fashion. Thanks Ross for excellent customer service.
