Simply clean definitely deserves 5 stars! They are friendly, professional, and efficient, from start to finish! My carpets look fresh and clean, and they did a wonderful job on my couch and chair as well! It’s a pleasure to work with a company that takes pride in their work, and truly delivers excellent results! Incredible customer service - rescheduled me promptly when severe winter weather delayed our plans. Was able to get out stains in the carpet that a different company failed to get out previously. Was very flexible with my schedule in that I did not have to be home for this service to be completed. Very courteous and friendly staff, with reasonable rates for the 3 areas I needed cleaned. I will definitely be a return customer!
