I have used Simply Clean for over a year and continue to be impressed by how much the owner and her team care about their customers and the quality of their work. If something isn’t right, they fix it. I also appreciate being able to request my favorite cleaning team. The thoughtful details—like folded towel designs and toilet paper flowers—a clean home gives me true peace of mind.
I am truly speechless. From my very first call with Heidi to the exceptional deep clean of my home, the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The fresh, clean scent throughout the house honestly brought me to happy tears. Hi, I've voiced my concerns to the owner on how awful and low quality the cleaning was. I provided pictures of how dirty the floors were in the living room and kitchen after the cleaners left. They did not even touch the bedroom that was on the 1st level or the office and continually called bothering me on what to remove and not do. The were super slow so I knew they would not make it to my upstairs so I was okay about that.
