Mark is the business owner and he is very thorough. We have had him work on multiple things, including rug cleanings and carpet cleaning, and he was VERY dedicated to a couple of particularly challenging spots on our carpet. I was super impressed.
Simply Clean always does an amazing job at our home. They're on time, polite, and clean and the carpet is always amazing when they leave.
I really appreciated the service I received for my carpet steam cleaning. Despite having a very busy schedule, Mark was able to fit me in and even arrived a bit earlier than expected. It was a huge help with friends coming into town and getting the house fresh and ready for guests. He did an excellent job on the carpets and was a very personable gentleman to work with. I highly recommend him.
Very good experience. Mark had attention to detail and did not take any shortcuts to cleaning our carpet and rug. I was using a different carpet cleaning company for over a decade and every time, the carpet smelled WORSE after the clean, but the company said that was supposed to happen. I decided to try Simply Clean this time and I was shocked when the carpet smelled amazing afterwards! I will definitely be a return customer.
