Awful business. I bought a certificate and it expired less than a full year later and they wanted to charge me excessive fees to replace it. The NYS Atty General sued them and a Court just found they violated the law and ordered them to now issue refunds without any fees and obey the law that requires they be valid for 5 years, not 1 year. They have an F rating from the BBB.
