Cheaply made, no service, too many problems to mention. Do not buy from this company, learn about how they build first. Disappointed and have got nothing good to say about anyone here.
In an emergency we contacted Dean who immediately introduced us to Mark. Mark listened to our needs and took us straight to the van that met our every wish, demand and need. We signed up straight away for the Tanami plus and this van has done nothing but impress. Dean, Courtney and Charlotte have been super helpful and supportive. WARNING::: The Ellenbrae 2024 Brand New list of problems has been massive for a $251k spend !!! The diesel tank punctured from the electric step being installed. I sent a pic of the step liner bulging out from the Diesel leak, if only they had looked at the photo sent via email as instructed by Dave! The fresh water leaking from day one(has to be filled every day). Water leaking from the sink waste pipe into the cupboard and toaster etc how do you think two pieces of hard plastic held on with a clamp will stop water leaking?... read more
