As someone who lost his job after 20 years and the industry I was in rapidly declining, I am grateful for the warm, friendly and professional help I receive every time I'm in person or on the phone with the staff from Mt Gravatt. Witnessed a very rude individual shouting at staff while inquiring about their claim on my visit today. Both of the staff involved handled the situation very professionally. I have never had any issues with the service here. On the contrary, I go the extra distance (the Stones Corner centre is my closest Centrelink office) because I know the staff here will provide the best experience possible. Extremely friendly staff that work there, I have seen some people create trouble. They’ve got security that kicks him out but they’re just a bunch of idiots, the staff always tried to do the best by the clients. I’ve seen this first hand so well done to them.
