This company is horrible, If you leave a company and make a claim that was made prior to leaving the company they wont even bother to help you change over to your personal email address. So you are technically stuck with your old company SSO and unable to submit any claims. I honestly think this is by design.
My experience with Simply Benefits has been extremely frustrating. Despite providing all proper documentation and updates, all phone calls go to voicemail and emails are ignored. After almost two months of waiting, it’s clear the process is being delayed at every step. Communication is poor and unclear, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
