today was my first trip here i was very nervous but once I got there I was greeted my lilly and she was very lovely I went to a eyebrow wax and my first lash lift and tint the eyebrow wax was very smooth and was not painful and once it was time for my lashes lilly made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle and polite the whole time she was very sweet and was always checking in and would go back to her because her manner and service was very lovely would recommend her to friends.
It was my birthday and I wasn’t feeling good about myself and asked to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and eyelashes tinted, after the older lady started waxing my eyebrows she pointed to my upper lip and asked if I wanted that waxed too which wasn’t a service I asked for and felt it was rude to ask that.
