Very disappointing experience. I booked a lash lift and the technician performed the treatment while I still had old lash extensions on, without properly checking the condition of my lashes beforehand or informing me that this could affect the result. During the treatment, my eyes started burning badly and I was in so much pain that I had to ask her to stop in the middle of the appointment. My eyes were watering from the pain. I had my eyelash extensions done early March this year just before going on a holiday. I was really excited. My technician was Dani. I explained to her I did not want huge thick lashes like you often see young girls have, since I did not think that would suit me, so I chose more natural look. But - I clearly showed the technician a "cat eye look" I desired at the beginning of my appointment on her own phone from the pool of pictures she had saved in her phone. Cala and Heather are fabulous. They are warm, friendly, understanding and professional as well as being excellent at their craft. The younger staff members however could learn a lot from them namely to smile, exude warmth and confidence. Without those attributes one doesn’t feel comfortable being treated in an environment where relaxation and comfort are essential.
